Just read the following on NME and could not believe what I was reading. A Michael Gagliano has accused The Streets of stealing part of his song - the only problem is the part that he claims has been stolen is taken from a royalty free sample CD. Is this where we are at now. In fact, I am thinking of suing Michael Gagliano as I used the very same sample at least two years ago and am sure others have used it as well, its just that The Streets are famous.
