I would like to transfer a license but am getting error messages like this

Who do I contact for help? I don't see any contact info on the ilok site. No way to email anyone or even call?

Do I need to deactivate the license before I transfer? Any help at all would be much appreciate by me and the person who has already paid me

Gotta hand it to ilok for always being a complete mess every step of the way, doing anything... It's the most un-intuitive process I've come across copy protection wise.

1. Why are there two names for the computer I'm running now -- SKYAMBIENCE? One has 3 licenses and the other is empty. When I highlight the one with three and select the license I want to transfer, it says it is out of source and to run from SKYAMBIENCE??wtf -- I am running it from there!

Hello, this seems to suggest that you might have changed OS or motherboard. If your still having a problem contact iLok support.

I have already contacted them, but can say for sure I did not change os or computer since I installed VP. I did reinstall windows but that was 6 months before I bought VP... Hopefully, they'll sort it out soon.
