- pitchbend - yeah, really needs to work directly without PerfX, it would be much easier, and we can lock it and forget it
- PerfY - can you please change this to CC 74 (or make it respond to CC 4 and CC74 if you want it backwards compatible)

The latter is easily doable. The former, can certainly make it easier (as in automatically set up), but it may still need to use PerfX as an intermediary.

which 'modules/controls' can be modulated per voice?
obviously oscillator, VCF,VCA
but LFO?, Euclid/Curve? , FX ? these are often traditionally 'global' i.e. for all voices...

Pretty much everything apart from the arpeggiator/sequencer & FX is fully polyphonic. The LFO is switchable mono/poly.

The Curves can be used, after a fashion, as polyphonic step sequencers controlled from an envelope, ramp or LFO.

Demo version is just non-functional on Fl Studio 12.1.3 64 bit. Worst demo i have ever "tried". Aswel tried to set "use fixed size buffer" option, only thing it fixed mouse disruption.

-most of the patches does not produce sound, just some weird noises.
-UI is superslow
-UI is inconsistant, it disrupts mouse movements

Sorry guys this is horrible expierience of a product.

We're aware of some problems in FL Studio & will be releasing a patch for that specific DAW.

In the mean time - please try it standalone & see if that's better on your system.

Right-click on the params. It's in the menu.

The key modifiers are used for other things - check the manual!

Did you remember to enable oversampling? It adds a lot of nuance to the sound. The original Strobe has a really fat tone and the filter is still among the best with a very pleasing nonlinear response over its range.

Anyway on to a couple of things that bugged me in the demo:

-While the sub osc can now be tuned to the same octave as the main one, it follows the fine and semi tuning and even the phase of the main osc which makes it useless for traditional 2 osc synth duties.

-The arp finally has gate time but the priority parameter is a confusing deviation from the standard way of accessing arp modes.

-Unison detuning and panning still have to accessed exclusively via the trans mod system.

i liked fusor as a system like NI Kore wich could open all presets of the three synths and combine them with macros.
now i tried strobe 2- yes it sounds good, but diva or a lot of other va synths sound also good or betther, so i 'll wait for a special offer price maybe at the end of this or next year, because i have enough good sounding synths, fusor was something special...with the power of 3 synths.
Now 3 seperate synths for an upgrade price of 80€ each synth...no way. Or who wants to upgrade synth squad for 240€. There is a Komplete Update cheaper..

Maybe they'll charge 80 euro for Fusor 2. Than the upgrade will be 320 euro!

I think I'll stick with Synth Squad. These plugins sound great. Andrew Simper worked on Synth Squad. Wasn't he?

Yeah, think I'll do the same for now and see how things pan out. Legacy presets certainly sound better on Strobe 1, than 2. This has been explained by a number of under the hood changes....but I can't help wonder whether every change has been for the better without Andrew Simper's involvement. I also don't see any mention of Breverb for Strobe 2.

Asked for a refund, the sound is great but there are better competitors for what strobe2 has to offer.

I thought the upgrade was for the complete bundle, disappointed.
