Hi all,
Once upon a time I wrote a sequencer called Temper (http://www.angryredplanet.com/temper/). Development stopped years ago, but every once in awhile someone asks me for a license. For boring reasons I haven't had access to our website so I thought I would post it here in the offhand chance anyone looking for one might stumble across this page:

Temper was pretty much always donationware, the only thing a license does is turn off the nag screen and unlock a couple esoteric features, but it's there if anyone wants it.
thanks much!

Thankyou Eric, it's one of the few things I miss after moving to Mac.

I hate to be 'that person', but since youre here... In the future, if the download links or website happen to disappear, what is your stance on us uploading un-modified zips?

Bring back Temper !!!!!!
It was so near the perfect DAW for me.
Scale constraining never worked for me on all the different machines I tried it on, though the chord tracks did work.
(I spent a whole week 24\7 learning Temper inside out with very little sleep, I fell in love with it like now other Daw)

Thank you, Eric!
I fooled around with Temper a bit, back in the day, and liked it. I've recently moved to Sonar, and it's working great for me -- except for the MIDI editing, which... isn't going well for me. I'm hoping that I can use Temper as a VST in Sonar to up the game there.

Wow, what a blast from my personal computing politics past. I was in on Temper when it was Sequitur on BeOS. Sad to hear Temper never got beyond donationware, as far as business goes. Cool product and great developer
Thanks and best wishes Eric!

Offering Temper for free is very generous. I considered asking for a license, as well. And then there is THIS
AFAIK it's the best free DAW for Win-32 even after six years. Temper fooled me a couple of times with things I thought it couldn't do, but yes, it can!
Thanks VERY much and best wishes
Carl
