Five easy steps:

Step 1: Buy licenses of at least five NI products.

Step 2: Buy into the Kore system as your sixth product purchase. Buy two controllers, in fact.

I was kind of insulted at first. "Hey, we killed a product you like. Wanna wear our logo on your body in public?" I'm hard on them over Kore, but I really do like NI stuff (the stuff that has nothing to do with Mashine and DJing).

And everyone mocking my hair can take a dunk! :-p Musicians are supposed to have long hair!

I've a proper set of photos on my phone but the forum tells me there's a 256K limit on attachments. :-/ How are you all posting images? Just hosting them on the web and posting IMG tags in the messages?

Nothing wrong with grey hair mate. Best that than be a slap head, have a comb over, be friar tuck like or the amusing really really wide centre parting you can see from the back as well as the front.

I was really pissed off about NI and Kore - and I let them know it - but I also like a few of their products..

Some of their libraries for Kontakt sound like crap,but NI's "core" products are studio staples...

I guess that we all have to learn to move on and forgive those who trespass against us

Thanks. I used to have a big semi-circle desk but noticed lots of combing reflection from it so I went to this 'no reflective flat surfaces' design.
The hardware holding the vid mons is from one of those 3 tier synthesizer stands. The company which makes the connectors/fittings...name escapes me for the moment...still sells some of them I think. The structural tubing is 3/4" thinwall EMT if i`m remembering right. Common at large hardware supply outlets. The tubing and fittings are excellent for assembling equipment supporting structures.
I`ll post a rear pix of the structure.

My old 2005 set up....regretfully I sold all of it....

However currently 90% I'm ITB pretty much.
