I just bought one of these off of ebay.(Don't have it yet).
The manufacturer is running the (dutch) auction, and they're really responsive. They'll send you links to sound samples if you ask.

Well, I like the fact that somebody's making something like that for less than half the price of the Zvex nanoamp, (and with more controls!), so I want them to be successful...
...mind you, once I get it, if I like it, I'll really start pimping for them!

What are you planning on routing it through?

Whatchoo talkin' 'bout, man? What are you planning on routing it through?
It's a amp. I'm planning on plugging into it and sticking a mic in front of a speaker and recording it.

Oh. I see.
I have an 8" and a 10" speaker mounted in these little cabinets I made by cutting an amp-in-case thing into two sections.
I'm making a little isolation cabinet for them. Kind of a foot locker with 4" thick foam around all the sides and a microphone at one end. It should be schweet.
...as it is now, I make an iso chamber by stacking my couch cushions around the little amp I have...I think the new box will be better

Dr Z Maz Jr., Matchless Lightning or a Fuch's Overdrive Supreme 30 combo.
Those would be my first choices.

*Prfffft* Those are nice for Mr. Howell, but I'd rather have a car.Dr Z Maz Jr., Matchless Lightning or a Fuch's Overdrive Supreme 30 combo.
Nothing good has ever been recorded on expensive amps

Those are pretty good. They were on my short list before I found that little deal I posted.fender champ 12
...as are their big brothers, the Evil Twins, which are big amps, but have a switch so you can knock 'em down to half power.

Roland Cube 15 or 30. The 30 is bigger and louder, which you may not need, but has built-in effects, which might be of some value. I've got a 15 and am quite happy with it, although I'm in the market for a J-Station now.iDavid wrote:Looking for a not so loud amp.
