USAMO SPP between two laptops running Ableton

Hello all,

is the USAMO able to sync bpm and spp between two laptops running Ableton live?

I recently purchased an E-RM Multiclock, which syncs tempo incredibly but does not allow the master laptop to set the song position on the other. I am really hoping that the USAMO is able to do this (as SPP is mentioned in many threads), however want to double check about this specific instance before placing another order.

In case it is useful, we run two macbook pros, a Focusrite Clarett 8Pre and Motu Ultralite.

USAMO will send SPP. I assume Live will receive it, but you might want to check.

Live is famously poor at syncing to MIDI as a slave, but if it's behaving acceptably with another device sending the MIDI, then using the USAMO will be as good or better.
