I can't believe no one has commented on this, this plugin is awesome, and is on par with commercial plugins which cost hundreds of $/€.

My suggestion to the developer - please put it in KVR database, it makes it easier to track version updates.
Thank you

Been on my master channel ever since it was released, great meter. Before that I used the Reaper JS version, kind of a pre-version of this one.

How did i miss this one? Thanks for the freebie.

I have no use for R128, but the RMS view looks like it could be a worthy successor for the trusty old DFX RMS Buddy (which is pretty much the only 32bit plugin i still use). Thanks!

I think you will find different results with htese two, DFX RMS Buddy shows RMS 3 dB lower than dpMeter (same as DBFS metering in Voxengo Span).

Could someone explain the difference and which is the correct one?

Edit: I have found a thread about it - http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... &p=4965344

So, it seems that dpMeter shows RMS value incorrectly (RMS and RMS +3 dB in Meter Mode options)?

I only use the EBU R128 side so haven't paid attention to the RMS. Checking it now, single channel (mono signals) seem to be shown correct. Stereo will show 3dB less than the few other meters I compared it with.

Could anyone from TBProAudio confirm this?

There is a new version released. I would also like my previous question answered if possible.

Sorry, i missed your question.
So, i can only compare dpMeter RMS measurement to SPAN.
SPAN measures RMS value of each channel independently, dp Meter (in RMS dbFS mode) simply adds all active channels, in stereo left+right.
Example: you have a stereo signal with -29dB each, SPAN will show for each channel -29dB. dpMeter will show -26dB (left+right). You can check this by selecting left or right channel (channel config) in dpMeter.
