I am trying to use this synth but finding it impossible because of sticking notes and it completely missing out notes and continuing to play the last wrong note. So all i am getting is a discordant wall of noise. Any tips on how to overcome this

I'm having the same problem, as are other users in Arturia's own forum. I have this problem in Reaper and Sonar, but not Renoise for some reason.

Matrix 12V would also be more usable if it supported Sustain (HOLD) from the sustain pedal (cc 64).

I downloaded the collection of demos just to try them out, and it seems to me that the Matrix 12v
is significantly quieter than most of the others. I just love it though - a pretty faithful reproduction.

Hello.
You can use a sustain pedal on the Matrix 12V.
Is is just not pre-mapped following the original synthesiser's design.
In order to use your Sustain Pedal on the Matrix-12 V emulation, follow those steps:
1. Got to the MOD. page.
2. Choose a new line, Click on SOURCE (SRC) and Select PEDAL 1.
3. In destination (DEST), Click on ENV2 > ENV2 Release. (Most of the time the VCA is mapped on ENV2)
4. Set the modulation amount
5. The sustain pedal is now set & ready.
Happy new year everyone.
