V collection 4 definitely does include Spark 2, which includes VDM, EDM and HipHop expansions, but I'm not sure about the dubstep one (it's not in mine).

Spark 2 does includes:
- all the kits from Spark VDM
- 3 kits from Spark EDM and HipHop expansion packs
