'Dusty Circuits' is an Ableton Instrument based on the sounds of Phonec with a good dose of tape saturation, containing 73 gritty, lo-fi sounds that can be layered via two 'wave oscillators'. The synth uses eight Macro knobs for quick access to key parameters such as wave selection, envelope and filter controls along with a multi-effects section. The Wave1 knob selects between several sounds where the first half are looped for sustained notes, and the second half are shorter sounds such as stabs, basses and keys. Wave2 operates the same way with the first half being one octave down, the second being 3 octaves down. All of the sounds on Wave2 are sustained loops.
