I found MTransformer on the main kvraudio website.

MeldaProduction updates

It got me interested into buying it because of this:

TRANSFORM ANY FREQUENCY TO ANY OTHER.

And that sounds like convert any pitch note to any other pitch note.
Because they are generally frequencies that is commonly displayed in a regular spectrum analyzer. So custom musical scales can be simulated and approximated to a certain degree. And then zooming in to get better editing precision to be able to get better non linear chromatic pitch quantization effects or resonator/vocoder like effects like the harmonics from a organ or bell or something similar or in between those 2 different timbres.
