Soundtoys, please give us the option to choose what to install! I only need the VST and that 323 MB of AAX plugins and 88 MB of iLok License Support setups is just wasted space on my hdd.

Just delete the vst folders of the ones you don't want each folder uses up 300 - 400 MB. Their location is shown during install. I agree though they should be an option.e@rs wrote:Soundtoys, please give us the option to choose what to install! Heads up: None of the version 5 plugins work as a plugin in RX4 Advanced standalone. When trying to insert one of the plugins, a spinning beach ball appears which just stays there forever. That counts for the AU and VST versions. What a pity...

Got Soundtoys 5 working with the latest version of Ableton Live under Win 10 by running Live in Windows 8 compatibility mode. Nevermind that causes the drag and drop to stop working. reverting back to Live 9.2.1 and disabling the live auto update.

Hi, did anyone have problems in the ordering process with the payment by Paypal ? I tried at least 6-7 times but the website in the end always said "We were unable to process your Paypal payment".
I guess there's no problem with my Paypal since I paid 3 CD orders on Bandcamp with it 5 minutes earlier.

I'm sorry for the trouble! For issues like this, please send a message to our support team. We'll be able to help you out better that way, since we don't have any of your order info via the KVR post. Thanks!Wanterkeelt wrote:Hi, did anyone have problems in the ordering process with the payment by Paypal ? I wanted to let everybody here know that we just released an updated installer for version 5 users on Windows. Here are the issues that were resolved:
--“Bad Machine Bindings For Software License” error messages that occurred sporadically for some Windows / Soundtoys 5 users. This issue only affected computer-based licenses (iLok-based activations were unaffected). We were unable to replicate this issue internally, but this fix should resolve any computer-based license issues that were occurring on Windows systems.
--Soundtoys 5.0.1.10798 was causing Studio One 3.1 and Live 9.2.3 to crash on Windows 8 and 10. Users who were running Studio One 3.1 and/or Ableton Live 9.2.3 in Windows 8 compatibility mode to circumvent this issue can now turn compatibility mode off after installing the 5.0.10839 update.
And, in case you missed it, the following issues were resolved in the 5.0.1.10798 release that came out on October 16:
--Session recall issues if you manually adjusted Decapitator’s output controls while the “Auto” mode was enabled.
--Graphical issue with Crystallizer displaying incorrect settings for the MIDI and Rev switch (this was only a graphical issue – your settings are still correct).

from https://www.gearslutz.com/board/11436089-post381.htmldan@soundtoys wrote: The survey was for people who tried/demo'd Soundtoys 5 within a certain time period - we used it to accrue feedback on the Soundtoys Trial experience. Those coupons will be emailed out on the 28th, which is when the survey ends. They will also be individualized coupon codes, so they cannot be emailed around between users.

Did these go out yet. I don't know if I got and deleted by accident. I know I did the survey.
