Need a virtual Multi-Touch Midi Keyboard Controller VST

What is needed is a VST/VSTi vector and resizable virtual midi keyboard controller. It could be piano style or any of the many alternatives layouts. Show only white/black keys. A grid to remap the midi keys. Have a chord helper. Velocity sensing by where the key is struck. Let Linnstrument, Axis 64, Continuum and Starlabs be the guide.

And obviously this will be multi-touchable.

We are moving into the Windows multi touch era and FL Studio and Sonar are leading the way. I have already purchased a multi-touch monitor and now am looking for apps that will take advantage of the multi-touch capability.

What is currently available for Windows? There are a few for iPad but he additional real-estate that Windows offers will make this virtual Multi-Touch Midi Keyboard Controller more useful.
