Yes. We have to assume that. Taken from 2014: Note to EU customers: DSI will take care of shipping charges but recipient will pay any Vat/Duty/Customs charges upon delivery. This applies this year too, unless I hear any different from DSI. I will add it to page 1.

What about VAT for software? Is this also true for plugins/samples/software as above?
Therfore if I bid $100 for example I have to pay $120 (vat included) if I´m an European. Correct?
