awesome news.
My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

Where should we e-mail to request being part of the beta? I'm using morph 2 on a daily basis these days so would love to see what i can discover.

I would like to chime in on positive notes and say Morph is awesome, really great work Zynaptiq.

Hey all,

MORPH 2.1.0 is now in beta. Let me know if you want to give it a go!

New in v 2.1.0:
  • All main controls now support learning of MIDI control changes, including adjusting the mapping in terms of scaling and min/max values
  • Tooltips can now be toggled on/off and are off by default
  • The manual can now be opened directly from the GUI
  • Updated manual; now includes FL Studio and Bitwig setup guides, as well as updates to setup guides for various hosts
To use the MIDI LEARN function, simply click on the MIDI-socket icon in the top left of the GUI – a disclosure triangle will now be displayed next to the label of all MIDI-controllable parameters. Clicking on this disclosure triangle opens the MIDI context menu for that control. Select "MIDI Learn" to activate learning, and when done, select it again to stop learning. To reset any learnt MIDI mapping for a control, select the "Unlearn MIDI" command from the MIDI context menu. Selecting the "Settings..." command opens a floating window that gives some more detailed options.
When done with MIDI setup, simply click the top left MIDI-socket icon again.

Please note: this feature will only work if your DAW supports routing MIDI to the plugin!

You can toggle tooltips on/off by clicking on the "Speech Balloon" icon in the top left of the GUI. They're off by default.

Clicking on the "?" in the top left of the GUI opens the manual.

Cheers,
Denis

dl'ed the demo of this...there are still no instructions in the manual for setting this up in fl studio.

i havent been able to figure it out myself, no matter what i do it just plays both sounds together.

i saw earlier someone asked how to set it up with fl studio and they were told to contact zynaptiq support...i tried that, but no response.

seems to me it would be easier to just post the information once instead of having to send it to people individually or, i dont know, simply add the information to the pdf manual...but hey...i dont know anything about running a business.

anyway...can someone here explain the procedure for setting this up with fl studio?

thnx.

ok well i have to apologize...seems they did respond and it went to my spam folder because it came from a different email.

on the other hand...the instructions are hard to decipher as theyre for fl studio11. since theyve gone to fls12 theres been an overhaul in the ui...so the instructions dont match up to what i actually see. i figured..."no big deal im sure i can figure it out"....lol like an hour later....seems to be going ok.

anyway...if anyone else comes here looking for how to do this here are the instructions (keep in mind they dont exactly match up to fls12, so youll have to fiddle with it):

1. Open FL Studio.

2. Change to Song mode
3. Open Playlist
4. Drag two audio tracks onto Playlist
5. Select first audio clip in Step sequencer
6. Open Mixer
7. Right-click on Insert 1 and click on "Link selected channels > To this track"
8. Select other audio clip in Step sequencer
9. Right-click on next insert in Mixer and click on "Link selected channels > To this track" again.
Now the Mixer looks like this
10. In the Mixer, click on the "FX" drop-down menu, and click on "More..."
11. In the "Select effect plugin" dialog, make sure MORPH is selected
12. Select Insert 1, click again on the FX drop-down menu and select MORPH
13. Select Insert 2 in Mixer
14. With Insert 2 selected, right-click on the Send button of Insert 1
15. In the context menu click on "Sidechain to this track"
16. Make sure the volume knob which appears is turned all the way down, otherwise the signal of Insert 2 is not only routed to the sidechain input of MORPH but also into the track.

17. With Insert 2 selected, deactivate the Send of Insert 2 to Master by clicking the Send button of Master so it is off
18. Click on the Settings icon of the MORPH FX window
19. Click on the "Processing" tab
20. Drag upwards in the input selector of Input 2 until it reads "1" (Sidechain input 1). Now Insert 2 is routed to Input B of MORPH.
21. Click on the Settings icon again to return to MORPH.

22. Now in the MORPH plug-in, drag the AxB control to hear MORPH morphing between the signals of Insert 1 and Insert 2:

and just for fun...heres how you do it in fl studio using normal instructions:

assign audio a to a mixer track
assign audio b to a mixer track
insert morph into the effects on audio a
side chain audio b to audio a and disconnect it from the master.
open the settings for morph, go to processing tab and under connections set "2. in" to 1
close the settings on morph, go back to the plugin and play with it...youre done.

So it seems Zynaptiq now has some competition ( http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 6&t=455223 ). Hopefully this might spur on some new features in Morph 2 given that Melda's version appears to be considerably cheaper and with seemly far more tweakable parameters, otherwise I'll probably regret picking this up earlier last year.....
