I had a contract with them to release an EP, they did the test pressings (apparently) and now I haven't heard from them for 7 months and it looks like the EP won't be getting released.
Has anyone else heard any movement from Desire records? They're based in France

It looks like their last release was Sept last year.
I'm at the point where I'm thinking of releasing the EP myself on bandcamp but if anyone has heard that they're coming back to life I dont want to shot myself in the foot.
I won't make any money from it so it wouldn't be worth them sueing me.
Has anyone else been in the same situation where a label promise/sign a contract to release and then do nothing?
