Hi.
I just upgraded to G5 and my layla needs universal PCI card to
work with G5.
So I called echo today, they were quite unfriendly and the PCI card
cost $100.
by the time I was thinking about getting G5, I was thinking about
changing my Layla to something else.
well now I don't like there support and PCI card cost some
money($100 is not so cheap), sould I sell mine on ebay and
get a new audio interface? or
sould I pay $100 and keep my layla?
PS.
What audio interface would you recomend for using with Cubase SX2?
price range within $500 ~ $1000.
echo layla24/96 Sould I keep it?

Layla's still sell for quite a bit on Ebay & it's really not a very good sounding interface by today's standards, anyway. I'd say sell it & get an E-mu, Lynx, or MOTU.
