Indeed - I already asked for a clear statement of what "legacy customers" meant, but it was not answered - I really don't understand why.

Can we please have a plain answer, UVI? Surely it will save a whole load of individual support tickets asking the same questions etc?

Sorry for my impatience, Olivier. I thought you could already answer some of my questions at least, as you seem to have some insider knowledge. :)

Thanks for the crossgrade promotion for MachFive owners,I don't see anything in my account reflecting this, when I try to use the UVI support form(I use Yahoo mail)the form keeps coming back to me as undeliverable via Yahoo mail,should I send you my Mach FIVE info serial # etc.... via pm or if I send the support form via a non-Yahoo email account which I use for all of my software registrations ,ilock etc.....I'm afraid this will be problematic.I use Yahoo mail without any problems except for your company's support form,
Any suggestions?

I have several emails from UVI Sounds & Software introducing Falcon, etc., but none offering the discount for MF3 users.

I'm a registered MF3 owner in the US. Should I have received an email already, or are these being rolled out at different times?

How does UVI even know about MachFive 3 owners ?

My copy of MachFive 3 is registered with MOTU (not UVI) and the license is in my iLok account - does UVI have access to either of these things ?

Yeah I thought about that too? :?: Mine is registered at Motu but in the contact formula uvi support I just inserted the serial from Machfive.

Maybe they know by the type of license you have for xtreme fx which has only one activation if acquired through Mach five as opposed to the standard license in which you have 3 activations.
