Thanks!
Anyone use SlickEQ GE or Kotelnikov compressor GE?

I am quite interested in Tokyo Dawn as a company, and these two Effect plugins look promising. Does anyone own or have any experience with these? What is your verdict?
Thanks!

Thanks!

I have both and I use both.
They are both really good.
The Kotelnikov GE is one of the cleanest stereo buss compressors available.
You can use it on anything but I really like it on the stereo bus.
Slick EQ GE has great subtle saturation options and can be a really clean eq with nice controls and clever GUI.
You should get the free versions (not GE editions) and try them.
That will give you a feel for them.
The GE editions are amazingly good value, you will not regret getting them both.

I don't have the Gentleman's Edition but I use the shit out of Kotelnikov. Feedback comp + its peak/RMS system + separate peak/RMS release controls = good stuff.

I haven't even begun to explore all the nuances of Kotelnikov yet but if you like SlickEQ pick up the GE version immediately! It's got tons more functionality than the (already great) free version

Yes!! I have both GEs and use them. I probably use Kotelnikov more and it is definitely the cleanest buss compressor I have.
The latest update of SlickEQ GE with the nice graphic display does make it a lot more usable to me though; I need to spend some more time with it.
I love the TDR/VoS "pure digital processing" approach and am likely to purchase any future plugins they make.

In addition to the high quality, the workflow/useability is very well thought out, particularly for example the auto gain matching on both plugins, knob operation, and auto metering/scale zoom level.

Both slick eq and kotelnikov are fantastic tools and the GE editions are punching way above their paygrade! Can't recommend them highly enough

Anything TDL does is pure gold, whether it's free versions or the paid older brethren. They find use in anything I do, usually on busses.
