I've been using the free version, I got the swooshing sound, paid to upgrade, got the key, went back to input the key but it says its invalid. I'm not a tech person and I'm lost - what do I do now????

And why not contacting support? Isn't that the first thing comes to mind if having a problem like this?

"swooshing sound" - my guess is MuLab.

Swooshing sound- Kong Audio, Diversion, Spire, Spectral, Virtual CZ, Carbon Electra, and a dozen others that use KEY files.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that this is one of our regular members testing their hand at sock puppetry. Obviously some lonely loser who has no life and wants attention because he can't get it in the real world. Dude, get a cat if you're lonely.

^That's always possible, but it seems more likely that OP just didn't know where to post or assumed the whole forum was the forum for whichever company he or she is talking about. It's happened before.
