I have strange issue with subscription (not with free bag, which already received):

the link in mail to subscribe (grey box at bottom) is leading to website,
from there via sendowl.com to US paypal.

When log in from there with my German account datas,
it does not allow me to use my regular payment via German house bank and is asking for credit card.
Which means at this point I can`t subscribe.

In contact with Tim from support and he is trying to figure it out.

My question (and Tim`s), anyone from Germany or Europe in general with same or similar issues ?
You can test it without completing subscription just to see what happens.

I suppose it's due to the subscription-based payment process that they only accept credit cards. It's the same with other subscription services (Splice Sounds, Sonic Academy, etc.). Have to admit that I never understood why this should be the only possible way - whether the company collects the money from your credit card or directly from your bank account doesn't really change anything, does it?

Thanks for reply, yes you`re right,
after phone with paypal Germany they confirmed country specific options (like Germany)
where subscriptions can only be done with credit card.

I suggested Tim to try other routes for those who don`t want or own a card.

yes they still say email is not found in database, so most probably the trackspark registration didn't work i guess

VF-1 is a great freebie and for $2.24 it's worth it just for the loops - little question to Track Spark though - since you're based in the UK, why only dollars? Paypal's taking a currency exchange cut for no good reason (admittedly it's negligible but the less money I give Paypal the better

)

Haha, well i didn't even have to post the pic! The reason it's in dollars is although we're based in the UK, we are publicising Track Spark worldwide. The dollar is more universally recognised than the pound as a value against other currencies. I hope you all enjoy the service.
