It's all set up for a monthly subscription only at the moment but you could sign up at the time of the new pack and cancel once you have received it. Further down the line we will organise buying individual packs properly. If you've signed up to our prize draw and giveaway you'll be on our mailing list and we'll let everyone know what the next goody bag will contain. Thanks

Confirmed! At the moment only creditcard is possible but you can always send a few bucks to your Paypal to have a positive balance which then will be charged first.Omkar wrote:I have strange issue with subscription (not with free bag, which already received):
the link in mail to subscribe (grey box at bottom) is leading to website,
from there via sendowl.com to US paypal.
When log in from there with my German account datas,
it does not allow me to use my regular payment via German house bank and is asking for credit card.
Which means at this point I can`t subscribe.
In contact with Tim from support and he is trying to figure it out.
My question (and Tim`s), anyone from Germany or Europe in general with same or similar issues ?
You can test it without completing subscription just to see what happens.

But one is asked to add a card in advance right ?murnau wrote:Confirmed! After the phone with paypal I had the info
adding a credit card is mandatory before things can be proceeded at all.
Further information was, the paypal system will decide at it`s own
if to take positive balance or charging card.
It may accept the money there, it may not.
That was too vague for me to even think about a card.

Since i already have a creditcard in my PayPal the question didn't concerned me personally. In my PayPal there is clearly stated that ALWAYS first any credit balance on my account will be utilize for TrackSpark.Omkar wrote:But one is asked to add a card in advance right ?

The answer you get is really unacceptable since they had to explain on what basis "the paypal system decide at it's own".

Agreed, there are always some inconsistencies on paypal support replies.murnau wrote: In my PayPal there is clearly stated that ALWAYS first any credit balance on my account will be utilize for TrackSpark.

I yet hope there will be a solution for non card holders with TrackSpark,
had the idea of BIC / IBANN since mandatory cards seem to be very paypal specific in Germany.
Paypal UK had no idea about this as far as I know.

Checking the receipt I got from paypal, the sub money will in fact be paid by proxy from my Visa card tied to that account, and not the paypal money I have in my account, which I intially thought.
But doing the deal via paypal has benefits in that I feel it gives me more security, if something should not go as planned, and I want to cancel the sub.
Had it been a larger amount I would have preferred to hook my visa card directly to the sub.About the automatic payment you just set up:
Amount to be paid each time: $2,24 USD
Billing cycle: Monthly
Payments start: tue. 01. dec. 2015
Pay with money from: Visa Card XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

You should check what is in your PayPal account under "Zahlungsquellen verwenden" for "autorisierte/Abonnementzahlungen"Numanoid wrote:Checking the receipt I got from paypal, the sub money will in fact be paid by proxy from my Visa card tied to that account, and not the paypal money I have in my account, which I intially thought.Had it been a larger amount I would have preferred to hook my visa card directly to the sub.About the automatic payment you just set up:

In my account there is "Das Guthaben auf Ihrem Konto wird immer zuerst als Zahlungsquelle verwendet."

Variation are deterministic, it means that every time you press play you hear exactly the same overall performance (until you press reset, that gives a new performance).

This is what PayPal have written me about the backup card for subscriptions. I hope it makes it all a bit clearer:
When your customers subscribe to your services and are due to arrange a recurring payment via their PayPal account. Your customers will be requested to set up a backup funding source to their PayPal account when they have only set up a bank account number and sort code and they have agreed to the Direct Debit Agreement.
We recommend this for our customers in order to make sure that the recurring payments are being paid on the due date for the subscription. The reason for this is that certain payments as subscriptions from another country, The request we sent to the bank can be declined, and as such if this happens we will use the card details as a backup funding source to make sure the payment is completed without any issues.
As the service provider for the subscription, I wouldn't want you to experience any delays in receiving your Payment. If we didn't have a backup funding source, if any payments get declined, then you would have to communicate with your customers in order to find out why is it that you have not received your payment. which can cause you to stop providing the service until the payments have been corrected.
So to make sure you don't experience this, is the reasons as to why we ask customer to set up a backup funding source in their PayPal accounts.
This doesn't just happen on subscriptions, There are other systems also such as Pay after Delivery, One click pay, Turbo checkout (with eBay), Recurring donations.
This email can be used by you to show to your customers if they contact you asking you to find out why is it that our system ask them for a backup funding source (card information) to be added to the PayPal account.

Is it me, or is the bypass button (green circle top right) on the plug in, AudioThing Valve Filter VF-1 not doing what it supposed to do?
Windows 32Bit vst.
Love the filter on this Thing.
Thanks for the freebie.

Good point, "switching it off" doesn't yield any kind of bypass.Yeager wrote:Is it me, or is the bypass button (green circle top right) on the plug in, AudioThing Valve Filter VF-1 not doing what it supposed to do?
Could it be an indication that green means it has been registered?

I don't think so, I also have the CM version, and that works like it should.Numanoid wrote:Good point, "switching it off" doesn't yield any kind of bypass.Yeager wrote:Is it me, or is the bypass button (green circle top right) on the plug in, AudioThing Valve Filter VF-1 not doing what it supposed to do?

Could it have some function in relation to the second page?Yeager wrote:I don't think so, I also have the CM version, and that works like it should.

If you press the 1 button that is next to the green button, it brings up panel 2 (input / mix / output)

I don't know, switching 1/2 works but bypass does nothing, neither in 1 or 2 mode.Numanoid wrote:Could it have some function in relation to the second page?Yeager wrote:I don't think so, I also have the CM version, and that works like it should.

Hi guys, unfortunately it's just a bug
it will be fixed in the next version along with some DSP improvements and other smaller fixes (and a better top bar!).
I'll send an email with the update in a few weeks.
