O.K. i figured out now how i set it to not trigger the other parts. You have just to set the note range of the different programs on the performance (perf) page! :dog:
You even can then use one midi channel for all programs without one program will trigger another. That´s great!

While I would love to see a formal tag system, the Search feature seems to search more than just patch name. I think it includes metadata (and maybe even sample names) in the search, because I've found things that didn't have my given search term in their patch names, but were relevant to my query.

MY big complaint about the search system is that after I double-click a patch in the search results, if I want to check out the other search results, I have to perform the search all over again (including multiple clicks in the browser interface to get there), which is a terrible hassle when you're just trying to audition patches that match a search term. I wish we could easily flip through multiple matching search results without having to perform a new search every time.

(And if there IS an easier way to audition search results, please let me know how!)

You can either use two stereo samples named .L and .R
or a 4 channel file.
Whats the maximum length for an Impulse Response?
As far as I remember, there is no maximum length (besides what your CPU can handle)

Regarding layer and Arp, you can limit the key range of a Layer
It's available in the Layer section of the List view.

Great, thank´s! Would there also be a way to blend between layers (or programs) via midi cc or velocity. I just love this feature. If not, add it to the wishlist.... please

Post

To Blend Layer, just assign a MIDI CC/Velocity modulation to layer 1 Volume parameter.
and the same MIDI CC/Velocity modulation inverted to Layer 2 Volume parameter.
If you have more than 2 Layers, do the same thing but using as well one of the dedicated mapper preset for each connection

In the popup browser, just toggle off Auto Close in the bottom panel option.

Or did i just miss it somewhere. Then i´m sorry!
The search uses "Full Text Search" so the search will as well use the folder name to find your presets.
You can use this for tagging purposes.

Will that stop the browser losing its place when I change tabs too? Where is this option?

Impressive

So far I have thrown some very long IR at it and it played them all just fine.
Many Convo verbs have limited lengths that they can play.
Unlimited is a word I like :)

samplerbanker wrote:Is that possible to create a bank of 128 presets and change between them using standard Program Change?
You can simulate this using multiple Parts and a Program change script (in the Utilities folder of the factory presets) on the top level.
I saw several times a reference to this "Utilities" folder in the factory presets, but I don't see one here? Since I downloaded Falcon almost at the beginning, did the library changed after the first release? Shall I download it again?

It's in the factory presets of the script processor module in the event section. Not in the factory soundbank library.

If you are browsing a library and then switch tabs to say the fx tab, when you go back all the preset folders have closed up again.
