Is there any way i can remove the beat from a song and keep only the vocals? Like a software or something.

Nope...

I heard there's a new program that claims it can do that, but I haven't tried it.

There are many different sets of instructions to do this, as well as software specifically designed for it, but you have to have original stereo recordings, and it never works completely (if at all).

Almost everything out there eliminates vocals as a key for singers to use, but if you can kill the vocals, you can do the versa.
