After studying the manual (there is no way around that -> learning curve) I made this fairly long quick and dirty test, entering new words on the fly in the text field, using Markers to step through the formants, using the additive wave editor, checking the envelopes and so forth. This thing has a lot of sonic power, the onboard effects are crap, but everything else bares a lot of potential for highly interesting sounds.

Sounds interesting. Brings me back to my Kraftwerk days. Can definitely see some interesting uses for this. Not sure if it fits in with the stuff I do but it's certainly cool.

Here is another one, exploring the track lane for pitch, time envelope for phonem control, LFO modulation and other stuff, as the internal delay is so incredibly un-tweakable that I used some ÜberMod on an FX-bus.

They only did a bundle once and that was when Wave Mapper 2 was released for desktop I think. That's when I bought it. I think he would've mentioned a bundle price by now so it appears unlikely that there'll be one.

This one is quite lovely, using the additive wavetables as an exciter, it needs some hours to coax the more unusual stuff out of it, then it gets really interesting...

It's just important to always save each and every component involved otherwise it all gets lost again. And there seems to be a bug when I want to add a new Bank which does not work as it should.
