Following on from Omkar, if you don't have a card or don't want your card linked with PayPal then you can pay for 6 months upfront ($13.44) if that's preferable. Email me at hello@trackspark.com Cheers!

Anyone managed to raise contact with Track Spark from their webpage? It says answers within 24 hours but I raised a query yesterday and have also tried their email unsuccessfully but have heard nothing from them.

Yeh seems odd they have been quite responsive but even their "hello" email address was returned.
I've raised a PM, thanks for the suggestion.

The update fixes the bypass issue.
Reading this I thought I didn't have to input the license file again, but the plug went back to demo mode after upgrading:
"Existing customers can update the plug-ins by downloading and installing the demo versions."

Triode and Pentode do jump too sudden-like and pretty agressive on material,
maybe a mix knob and master gain would help on inserts ?

Are you on a Mac or PC? We changed the folder structure for licenses and presets but the new version should have copied the license from the old path to the new.Numanoid wrote:The update fixes the bypass issue.

You may do it manually:
PC - from Documents\AudioThing Licenses\VF1\VF1.atl to Documents\AudioThing\Presets\ValveFilterVF-1\ValveFilterVF-1.atl
MAC - from Music\Audio Music Apps\AudioThing Licenses\VF1\VF1.atl to Music\Audio Music Apps\AudioThing\Licenses\ValveFilterVF-1\ValveFilterVF-1.atl
(we basically moved the two folders in one parent folder)

Ok good. I don't see why the plugin didn't copy the old license but glad you sorted it.Numanoid wrote:I use Win7 64
