Hi there.
I am also having an issue with lack of signal at the ES3 input. Big red light not coming on.
Using a Fireface 400.
ADAT signal can be sent and received by the cable plugging back into the Fireface so not the cable it seems. ADAT light comes on on the Fireface and signal seen in mixer.
Plugging and unplugging the module, turning off, restarting etc have no effect.
Is there another way to test the unit's function?

Good news.
I just changed the rail it was running off and it is back to working.
I had previously only changed the socket.
