Put some pop up over the home page asking for either an email address or forcing your eyes to focus in on some 'offer'. It's a good way to ensure I never go back to your website again.

Yep. Or autostart videos, which are so loud that it almost blasts your ears off. Or popups which you close, and then it opens the website anyway... so much crap these days. Well, that's the downside of having it all for free. It's all about ads, ads, ads. And the more ads there are, the lesser the effect of the single ad, so you need what? Yeah, more ads...

Yeah, got to admit that's unfortunately the way to go these days. KVR is one of the few sites which doesn't overwhelm you with excessive ads, so that the content is actually rather happening in the background.

That's how punk got started, youngsters got tired of reading about prog rock in Melody Maker and NME, and duly revolted
