Copy Protection needs updating on that page, as does the User Manual
If you ever change hardware, your license may
stop working, if you experience this, click on the button titled “Nyrv Neverdown Tech” this will synchronize your licenses, this process is
only enabled for Full Licenses.
Why would that be needed?

I played with this thing for few days and also used a lot of other chainers.
This looks like it will be the Mother of all Chainers. I don't know about the
CPU Performance yet did not test but will check that too.

Had a play, although my demo has now expired.

What I noticed in a/b'ing 2 instances with Exponentials' Excalibur and 2C's B2 loaed in Nryv and a second strip native inserts in cubase I didn't see a drop in ASIO usage. So I am seeking some info in the correlation between CPU reduction and ASIO usage, as I believed the two were linked?

Two bits of feedback. The demo period is too short and the reminder of days expiring is too frequent ie everytime open and instance rather than per session. Minor but personally worth points.

Now i can confirm that:
A Tape open in Nebula which takes about 8% of CPU power open in Cubase directly
and the same Tape open in Nebula thru Agent takes about 1% of CPU power.
I tried on a smaller project of few tracks, hell the CPU consumption is way lower,
i am seriously talking about 25+% of less CPU consumption in Agent.
I hope this is a bug that Jeff will never ever be able to fix it.
It works same as any other plugin with no crashes and stuff.

And here is my first Neve 88RS Strip plus i have Tape and Pre Input.
It works like a Cake, Saving, Loading, Reloading, Copying and every
possible thing you can think of a plugin to do. I just need to start
working on Graphics and making few custom CSs and BSs. This one
is not finished yet, need to add few INs and OUTs at different stages.
Its something i was missing for the last 20 years and working blindly
without without looking at the graphics of the actual plugs actualy
makes you MAKE music.
I have no words how to recommend this to anyone:

I have no clue and i am asking my self, something is either wrong or it should work like that.
CPU Consumption is wayyyy below any direct hosting thru Cubase...and yet works fine.

And yes, this is fascinating. The graphics, you can put any graphics you want in it.
I am serious, on my machine works like a charm, especially Loading. I have 8 instances
of Nebula in this Strip, it Load them all with no problem because it Loads all at once with
their own presets inside, not like in Cubase first empty Nebula then Presets, thats easy,
this thing needs to Load 8 full instances all with presets inside and does not crash.

I will most likely do a video Demo, not like Nyrvs one but in an actual project.
But keep in mind, Loading takes a little time, it Loads 8 Nebula Instances plus their
Presets all at once...it is a time saver. The good thing is, you can disable any Instance
you dont need right inside Agent...you don't need a Band of EQ or Compressor? OFF.

Interesting post. My demos expired didnt think about loading Nebula up to see how it fairs! Worth checking Theoms point regards processing/non processing CPU load with{out} Nryv.

I uninstalled 'NyrvSystems agent' from Control Panel (may have spelt that incorrectly) but Agent_x86 is still in my VST Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\VstPlugins).

NyrvSystems Docs, NyrvSystems Licenses, NyrvSystems Presets and NyrvSystems Resources Folders are still on my computer. NyrvSystems (C:\Program Files) containing NyrvLicenseManager and PluginScanner are still there too. No doubt there's more stuff I haven't come across yet.

How do I do a clean uninstall?

Install again and then use Revo Uninstaller (or any other similar software), it should pick up the leftovers, but be careful and choose wisely because sometimes it offers to delete files that are not related to that installation.
New users PM me for a 10% FabFilter or 20% MeldaProduction/United Plugins discount

It just occurred to me...as we know Cubase 8 Pro has very big problems with ASIO,
ASIO Guard, CPU Spikes e tc CPU related...that's when plugins hosted directly...
Agent showing less problem and less CPU consumption might be due to those problems.
I mean come on...i just built a 3000$ System and 1 Nebula Tape takes almost 25% CPU?
That's directly thru Cubase...on some of the tapes.

And i gotta pull back some of my comments...after further thorough testing the CPU difference its not so drastic.
