I got my Reason/UC33 bundle today, and after succesful installation Reason just refuses to start. I've reinstalled and rebooted only to receive a messages stating 'The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000002). click ok..' when I'd, at the very least, expect a message saying I should insert the Factory Sound Bank CD, but not a tinkle.
Has anyone else experienced this in their past?
Thanks all,
Matthew
Reason won't start!

Ouch. Best thing would be to post a question over on the Propellerhead forums. The folks there are friendly and helpful. Just explain what's going on and it's likely someone will be able to help.
Also you can drop an email to Props support. They might still mostly be off on vacation, but they're sharp.
Best of luck getting Reason running! It's a great program. :-)

Here's a link:CinningBao wrote:Yeah, the first thing I did was report it to the tech support since I couldn't find the Forum ..durr.
I'll have another look and wait, impatiently, to start using it.

You have to register for the forums. This is separate from registering the software; you can get General Forum access without registering Reason. :-)
Hope someone there will be able to help.
