DX 'Ghost Names' removal (again)

Awhile back a member pointed me to DX Uninstaller software to remove names and apps from my DX menus. It worked great for the most part!

However, if I open up Orion and look in it's DX Menu there are still a couple of titles that appear that I no longer have or use anymore. They don't appear in the DX Menu of Steinbergs WaveLab, and they don't show up when I use DX Uninstaller either?

Are there other free little programs to get at these pesky pests that are as easy to use as DX Uninstaller? Thanks.
