Hey everyone, I registered a while ago, but haven't been too active in posting as I've been simply taking it all in and learning from all of you...
Anyhow, my band has a few demo tracks online that I thought I would post to see what you all think...
"Inside on A Day Like Today" features the Devil VSTi in the quiet parts, and the ZR3 organ VSTi at the start/end.
In "Willamette Industries", my friend played the keys through his keyboard on some sort of electric organ sound, and I destroyed it with the "NorthPole" distortion/delay plugin...one of my favorites.
Also, in "Stop Stopping My Signs", I believe I used the Crystal synth to get the little synth sound you hear...
Everything else was just recorded with my mics in my dorm room...I'm still trying to get the hang of truly using VSTi's to their full potential, as I don't even have a midi keyboard, everything has to be programmed with the piano roll in Tracktion.
The tracks are available here: http://www.pretendhate.net/meryll in the Discography section.
Thanks in advance for listening!
Andrew

Listened to 'stop stopping' which I personally felt a bit tame, but I think that is more a matter of taste. Nonetheless a soft and lazy tune.
