Hello,
I'm using the demo of Tau Pro. I understand tweaking the ACCENT knob will change the sound according to velocity. But I cant seem to get it to sound louder/quiter according to velocity CC data?
Thanks
Tau Pro Velocity Sensitive?

The Tau Pro is not velocity-sensitive in the same way as other synths. The device that inspired the Tau series, the TB303, definately wasn't velocity sensitive either what with it coming out before MIDI was invented ;-)
So, Tau Pro has incorporated the Accent feature from the original TB303 - but added velocity triggering so that it can be used in conjunction from a live or recorded MIDI performance. Set the Accent Threshold to a level where you can comfortably trigger the accent whenever you need to, and off you go.
There are no plans to add any other form of velocity-sensitivity to Tau Pro.
Cheers
Dave
