--There may not be that big of a market for this but who knows, but here's what I'd like to see developed.
A real time arranger app for the iPad. One that allows for one-finger chords and variations as well as guitar picking and strumming like the very limited Garageband has only better.
I've written to Apple several times requesting for them to include brass in their "Smart" instrument lineup but I guess I and those others who request thing with never an answer don't count to them. :bang:

Maybe not really what you were searching for, but did you take a look at Band-in-a-Box? Seems to be available in the iStore... (and also for Android)

Thank you for your reply, I didn't know that it was available for the iPad. I will try to find it and see what it's like. I appreciate your help.

Again probably not exactly what you want but here's another couple of ideas to look at.
mIdiband3 https://appsto.re/us/8DBSO.i Let's you use Yamaha style files and make your own styles from midi. So it plays the selected accompaniment to chords played by left hand while right hand notes are passed straight thru.

Guitarcapo + lets you trigger the chord pads from a midi keyboard.

I'd like to see AAS strum ported to the iPad, but that's another story
