we made it! But I'm so tired now.....
so, short and to the point:

Modelonia 2.0 released for AU and VST, OS X and Windows, 32-bit and 64-bit.

basslinemaster when you'll try Modelonia please check as many presets as possible of the 370 included, the type of sounds can vary a lot.

Last time we tried the AU on Studio 1 it worked, we may need to check again with v3 and the same OS X you are on, which is?
I guess you already tried
a reboot or to update the whole AU list?
Any other AU host you could use to see if the AU is installed correctly?
Anyway as soon as Bernie (the mac coder here) is back from holidays he'll look at that on his Macs.

Actually Logic X isn't scanning it either

Neither is Kore 2 (and the VST is crashing it)

mm... I'm pretty sure it works fine in Logic X, so there's an issue with the AU installation/validation in your Mac.
Sorry for the hassle, I guess you have to wait few days for Bernie come back, he can surely help.
For the VST too.

And neither is Tracktion - I tried physically dragging the component into the plugin page (you can usually do that in Tracktion) but it completely ignores it

Tried deleting the database cache for Kore to force a rescan but it still ignores the Au and the VST still crashes - that is very annoying as the beta worked fine and I almost always use Modelonia in Kore for the morphing.
