RapidComposer Wiki is available

All the text from the RapidComposer Manual is entered to the wiki (thanks Chris!). The images are missing, because new screenshots have be made using the final v3.0. At the moment things change fast, so it makes no sense to add images to the wiki yet.

I will make sure everything is up-to-date all the time. There are already some updates since the pdf manual.

At the moment only registered editors can modify the contents. If you feel like contributing, please drop me a mail, and I'll create a user name/password for editing.
