:band:

I've wanted to see both of these bands for so long now and I finally get the chance tonight!

I got my cd's all ready to go for the drive to the ampitheater: Best of Slayer (home mix), Live Judas Priest, and a live Deicide for the hell of it.

I need to find some old rocker shirts to wear!

I saw JP about 15 years ago. It was Rob's birthday, so the entire audience sang to him. Hee.

I'm at work right now and I'm amped up.

Satan watches all of us
Smiles as some do his bidding
Try to escape the grasp of my hand
And your life will no longer exist
Hear our cry, save us from
The Hell in which we live
We turn our heads toward the sky
And listen for the steel

Die by the sword
Die by the sword

Damn I'm old the first time I saw priest was at the Orpheum in Boston on the point of entry tour. But it get's better, I saw Aerosmith and Foghat at the Boston Garden in 1975... :?
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

At least there won't be razor blades in the pit like at the old slayer shows. That was my friends concern in past slayer shows.

This show is at the Sleep Train Ampitheater in CA. (Sleep Train is also the company I work for, hence the tickets) They don't allow any screws or spiked jackets, no spiked or studded belts/bracelets, and no knives so it should be pretty safe as far as a Slayer show can go.

Well, Slayer and Priest are good things, but you're talking Ozzfest there, so make sure to stick around for Sabbath.

So have the Priest got a new drummer? I thought Dave Holland had just been banged up for paedophilia... (local press 0- he lives near here... ugh!)
