Somethings Never Change

This was a really simple idea, and turned out to be one of the easiest things I've ever done (from an engineering/ production POV) and one of the hardest (from an Artistic/ got to fiddle POV). Leaving the integrity of the piece was very difficult, but worth it.

Anyway, listen, then you'll understand.

The sound came out a lot better than I expected, I was aiming for 'Wish You Were Here' style funk (or for those who know the LP, think Richard Wright's 'The Wet Dream'..).

I used Mr Ray (great piece of kit actually!), TickyClav through mdaCombo, and EVM Steel through Classic Flanger for th'groove, with some other bits of support.

One day I might strip off the vocals and use it as the basis for a proper track!
