Yes, that's a very good guess actually - I can totally see this could be a Somatic track. They tend to send me material (when I've mastered for them in the past) that's already been limited quite heavily and this track was in that state..

The Northwest Territories are a part of Canada (the northwest part in fact). Could be a clue. I used to really really enjoy Dead Cities by FSOL. Also enjoy BOC. Good for you mr ME

At the time I thought, who are these upstarts?

But more or less since that time (especially since the ABPOITC EP in 2000) I have been a worshipping member in the church of BOC

Track 5 and 15 sounds very BOC like. Could be someone just trying to sound like BOC because they both sound a bit too clean somehow.
Track 14 has some sounds that I've heard coming from Plaid. Listen to Tether on Reachy Prints. Same sound.
