You mean that it mounts the ISO file? Yes. But the driver is on your system permanently. I figure it's a relic from the time NI products were only available on CD/DVD.

On Windows 8 it showed up in Device Manager as ISO Mounter, so I just uninstalled it.....

The vouchers are there to mainly sell Maschine soundpacks = 50% off... imho.BDeep wrote: The popularity of the $25 coupon baffles me a bit. I still have an active $25 coupon from activating the KU10 update a few months back. But NI's recent sale took 1/2 off all their products, giving me a much better deal on the gear I wanted, and without the coupon.
Cheers

Thanks NI.

Great gift
Thanks NI
Love the design and sound. So smart those blocks. I'm very impressed with such ideas (sequence and modulation). Genius
They hooked me. Looking to buy Reaktor 6 (isn't that what you want NI?)
Oh! After the installation and activation I noticed that all Arturia synths appeared in NI Service Center! Are they one company now? Or just a cooperation?

Yes I found out you can, the Reaktor Player doesn't come with any blocks though, so you have to make do with the blocks in Wired, or ones from the user library.rod_zero wrote:Can you use other blocks on reaktor player with demo limitations? and patch them? or they closed totally for player?

Be sure to make a new ens first, then drag one of the Wired ens into the building area. If you just load one of the Wired ones without doing that, Reaktor reverts back to Player mode.

Was questioning that myself. Installed yesterday, but I had no time to test that. Thanks for the tips. I guess I now have something to do on the weekendBDeep wrote: Yes I found out you can, the Reaktor Player doesn't come with any blocks though, so you have to make do with the blocks in Wired, or ones from the user library.

Looking forward to trying this out. I was a little put off yesterday to find that after installing a bunch of NI Updates through the so-called Service Center (their words, not mine) that 'Replika' still crashes Live 9.5. Oh well.

Don't update Replika if you use Live the previous version works fine here but if I update it, all goes to hellAloysius wrote:Looking forward to trying this out. Thanks for the tip. I have all the versions in a backup folder, so I may test them one by one at some stage.

1.21 works with live, 1.22 not. you may find 1.21 in your download section on the ni page.Aloysius wrote:Thanks for the tip. I have all the versions in a backup folder, so I may test them one by one at some stage.

It's because of the Komplete Kontrol plug-in format... i bet.EnGee wrote: Oh! After the installation and activation I noticed that all Arturia synths appeared in NI Service Center! Are they one company now? Or just a cooperation?
NI:
Native Kontrol Standard (NKS) is an extended plug-in format. Established by Native Instruments, this groundbreaking development offers an entirely new quality of software/hardware integration. Third-party developers can now configure their software instruments to access the unique hardware features of the KOMPLETE KONTROL system directly. Leading instrument builders such as Arturia, U-He, and Output Audio are already on board, and the list of NKS partners is growing rapidly. The result? True integration.*

Thank you. I have it here actually, so that will take some of the work out of it.Gosh wrote:1.21 works with live, 1.22 not. you may find 1.21 in your download section on the ni page.Aloysius wrote:Thanks for the tip. For the obligatory Trivial Pursuit snippet of useless knowledge, "lumi" is finnish for snow and a lumikko is this little critter (a subspecies of the least weasel, in fact):

So there.

So there.
