So a new thread about Stix in the KVR forum, but no info on the actual website of the dev?

Yes, pages on the site are built at this very moment, but remain hidden for public. Rather soon, it will becompleted.
As for the thread, there's a lot of info in this one but it's buried in many pages. I thought a thread were the links, main infos, all audio demos will be on the fisrt page would make it easier for people to find the relevant infos if they are interested by StiX. Sorry for this and thanks for having opened this one : You were the first.

The complete name is 'StiX by Xils'. And has been deposited. Refering to it as StiX in a forum is just a shorcut.

Well StiX isn't only a pristine emulation of analog drum machines. It's multi synthesis.

Then it's capable of very sophisticated,subtle and nuanced drumlines, usually only associated to playing drums and percussions, acoustic or electronic, with .... sticks. Wich is not the case of all drum machines.

So I think the name isn't that bad, and is imho relevant. It will give you 'virtual' sticks

Ymmv.
