So I purchased CL Project's HyperNova from these guys/guy last Saturday and when I went to download it, I got a message saying that the library path was not found. I tried again two different times, as you are "allowed" three downloads and got the same message both times. Now my "downloads" are used up, and I've email support twice but haven't heard a peep back. Can anyone confirm if they are legit or am I better trying to pursue action through paypal?

Hi Pandashake,

I'm glad I noticed this message - Kontakthub has only just launched and we are in Beta (we haven't made any official announcements yet while we test our service is robust). I'm sorry we didn't reply to your support request - The support email never arrived with us so we need to look into why that didn't arrive. Could you let me know what email address you sent your message to please?

Anyway - I have reset everything for you and fixed the problem. It shouldn't happen again

Hooray for Google Alerts! I sent the emails to the "support at kontakhub" email address, one on the 20th and one on the 22nd.

I would have purchased this through Samplism, like I did the JD-850 library, but the links for this and Virology sent me to KH instead. So, does this mean it's the same company, but different name?

Hi,

Launching the new site has been trickier than I imagined and we've had some teething issues. To make matters worse my gmail decided to put your support request in my spam folder. I sincerely apologise. However, we are still in Beta and haven't officially launched yet so we expected to find a few issues in the first few days.

I thank you for your patience and I thank you for helping me. To say thanks I have increased your Kredits to 500 so you get money off future orders (if you desire).

Kontakthub will be the place to find only the best Kontakt libraries. So all the best libraries from Sampleism will move across to Kontakthub and we will also start carrying lots of new libraries from our own network of developers and larger external companies too.

Cool, great that you are expanding

Sampleism is such a cool site. I'm thinking about it in terms of indie Rough Trade label of the 1980's in that it has helped a lot of small devs to get their quality merchandise out there and distributed at remarkably low prices
