Creating m3u playlists with relative paths?

I'm trying to make playlists for my iPhone that don't rely on iTunes as I want to access flac files stored in a wifi drive - however I tried creating a simple test playlist on the wifi drive from Mac using Cog (as it's just easier to create the playlist on the Mac than on the iPhone) and thought I had managed to set it up with relative paths so it should load on my iPhone or from anything for that matter - it loads fine from the wifi drive on my Mac but not when I access the wifi drive from my iPhone (accessed using Stratospherix FileExplorer). The paths are just like this:

I can't see how else to make them relative - why isn't this working?!
