So far not blown away, but a fair enough workhorseFleer wrote:Tell us about Transparency, Num.
It contains lots of loops. I was hoping for a bit more "meat" in those, basically it is just drum/perc loops
Such patches in Rhino are more advanced

I'm away from my setup but it should have an "Initialize bank command".cowby wrote:I've have a quick looked at Chromaphone's pdf manual. It didn't provide a init preset feature.... Could anyone of the existing users confirm about it ?
Maybe that's it.

Cheers, Num. Got it anyway because of the number of tweakable loops.Numanoid wrote:So far not blown away, but a fair enough workhorseFleer wrote:Tell us about Transparency, Num.

Visit the website and check out the factory and soundbank demos. It has a lot of range, and way underrated IMHO; e.g. AAS packed 330 automatable parameters into all those tabs and menus.

Better investment than TAL Uno-LX V2 in terms of variety and flexibility?Michael L wrote:Visit the website and check out the factory and soundbank demos. It has a lot of range, and way underrated IMHO; e.g. AAS packed 330 automatable parameters into all those tabs and menus.

I don't deeply know that synth (and each of us has such different musical taste). But they're way different, and you would have a lot of fun demoing and comparing them to find out! The UA Factory Bank is very diverse....

UA2 has a larger variety of envelope, filter, and resonance modes. Plus you can route oscillators through different filters, utilize up to 4 voices for unison, etc. there are a lot more differences but that's what sticks out at the top of my head. The arpeggiator is also decent. I personally don't think it's worth $99, though. You can usually get it secondhand for a lot cheaper. If it were priced the same as uno-lx I'd say it's a no-brainer. Sadly, it is not.
Regarding flexibility and variety it's much better than uno-lx. However, without fx, tal has a much better raw sound. It sounds more convincing to me.Aryaroman wrote:Better investment than TAL Uno-LX V2 in terms of variety and flexibility?Michael L wrote:Visit the website and check out the factory and soundbank demos.
