I opened a ticket with Arturia on 11/24 but never received a response, so I thought I would try this forum.

I am having some issues with my Beatstep in Control Mode.
The pads randomly trigger 2 notes instead of 1, making this mode pretty useless.
I am using version 1.1 of the software.

I checked on the Internet but could not find a solution.
Does anybody has any idea? Thanks in advance.

I've always had very quick responses from Arturia. Admittedly I've only had two support tickets raised but both were responded to within a couple of hours.
