Jens ordered me to do an eXT skin although I don't use it (there's a nasty story involved but I'll leave out the details

). Currently I'm having a hard time getting the pre fader icon being used. I can see it in Branis' screenshot so it should be hidden somewhere, but where?
Please help!

I'm also having trouble assigning a colour to the vu's. Whatever colour I select, the vu stay's white. (this is in the standalone (demo) version).

about the vu: do you mean the vu itself or the background? What skin did you start with?
The default one has a light-blue vu here and I can change this colour without any problem...

edit: what do you mean with 'pre fader icon'?

It seems that just writing about it does help: now I can change them. I loaded some other skins to test just now and somewhere in the proces something reset I think. They have the right colour now. All I need to know now is where to find the pre fader icons working.

It's that greyish button with the tiny arrow showing in the thumbnail in Branis' post, at the right of the green 1 button.

If I only knew what icons you mean...

Do you mean the solo and mute buttons? - if so you find them in the 'category' 'button'... does this help?

I keep referring of it as an icon because that's what eXT calls them.
