Where can i find decent samples of a 303 ? Also if i'll get the samples will i be able to digitally tweak them to sound like an original ? Excepting cutoff & reso what techniques can i use in a sampler (i use halion) to make them sound like played from the silver box?

If you want to tweak the sound of a 303, samples are not the best idea. It's much better to use a TB303 emulation as a VSTi.
By my opinion the best are:
Audiorealism Bassline (95EUR)

Muon Tau2 (20$) or CM303 (free with Computer Music magazine) which uses the same engine as Tau2, but lacks a couple of features

I use CM303 with Guitar Suite DS-1 distorsion (free), and it sounds pretty good to me.
