generally, cats have bad influence on musicians wanting to have more gigs with more chicks. so maybe this is the reason it didnt work out so far?
You could try to unplug the cat after leaving your sleep-mode .. see if that helps.

As you sound like a complete newbie to me i´ll tell you now that there had been several reports throughout the years that a bad bedroom can mess up the system. not that the bed will really crash, but when you experience things like the window of the bedroom starts behaving weird from time to time, so that you have to close and reopen it in order to make it work again .. things like this can point to the bedroom-syndrom, as insider call it.

Think about moving the musicmaking to an external room .. so that it cant interfere with the bedroom. try it, and see if it helps.

i see, i see. okay, lets start with lesson 1:

moonbeam fluctuators were heavily used from the 1950´s on, and at that time they made sense. but today´s environment is so amazingly advanced and totally full of tremendous progress that you dont need these fluctuators anymore. sell it on ebay, and be prepared to become a more sucessful musician.
