I've been out of the game for a while and just gotten back in. I downloaded the latest v 3 beta and mistakenly added 64 bit vsts which did not work. I removed them all after getting the error messages and checked the box to delete the rcinst files with them. However, this did not happen and I continued to get error messages when attempting to use the 32 bit vsts. I found that all the original rcinst files had remained and I had to manually delete them all and then reload the 32 bit vsts and things are appearing to work.

Yes, good point, Dave. The program did not remove the .rcINST file, even when it should have. This is fixed now. Soon the 64-bit and 32-bit plug-ins will be handled separately, because at the moment it is confusing to use the 32-bit and 64-bit RC with the plug-ins. The best would be a VST bridge that would allow using any plug-ins, regardless of the CPU architecture.
Thanks!
